Fishing Report
There have been good numbers of Snapper coming from the reefs around the Wollongong area all the way to Stanwell Tops. Metal slow jigs and plastics have been working a charm.
Australian Salmon continue to school at the entrance to Port Hacking. Kingfish are also hanging beneath these schools.
John for the Taren Point store got a trifecta this morning with three different species of squid. Southern Calamari, Hawkesbury Squid and an Aero Squid. The Hawkesbury Squid was put to good use as a live bait near Jibbon bommie and was turned into a 70+cm Kingfish for the table!
Shane Barling (pictured above) had a good session this past weekend catching 8 flatties all in the range of 60-70cm using the Bottom Magic Lure. The Flathead pictured above was caught on the Daiwa Double Clutch.
Gary is pictured with a very nice trevally he managed over the weekend.
