The TurboCast system on a strong graphite back will match up with 2.4 to 3.2m rods with lighter action. A well shaped injection moulded fibre glass spool gives great casts. The 55GCT has a non-reverse action controlled by a switch on the back of the reel and also has a smooth multi-plate clutch. A sporty laser cut handle plate adds to the modern look of the reel. This reel sits off the rod slightly more than a normal reel allowing better line flow and increased casting distance. The smooth clutch is a multi-plate design with polished brass plates combined with PTFE coated woven glass washer which can also withstand very high temperatures. A fish alert switch on the back side of the reel can be engaged when leaving the rod and reel unattended to warn you of a fish taking line.

Orders containing bulky or oversized items are sent with a courier and picked up from our store one business day after we process them.
For orders with missing items, we may be able to transfer them from our second store location which can take between 1-3 days. If this happens with your order, we will contact you asap to let you know of the delay.
We do not send items on weekends or public holidays, an exception being the weeks leading up to Christmas. Thus, items ordered on Friday after 9:30am will be sent Monday.
