The minimum cost is $14.99 and sometimes that’s all it will cost you, other times it can be more expensive so we need to work out a happy medium. NOTE: Sometimes we have to split your order and send multiple parcels, if this happens we will let you know and send through a tracking number for each parcel. When multiple parcels are sent we cannot guarantee that they will arrive at the same time.

Orders placed before 9:30am that contain standard items only will be sent the same day if all items are in stock.
Orders containing large or oversized items are sent with a courier and picked up from our store one business day after we process them.
For orders with missing items, we may be able to transfer them from our second store location which can take between 1-3 days. If this happens with your order, we will contact you asap to let you know of the delay.
We do not send items on weekends or public holidays, an exception being the weeks leading up to Christmas. Thus, items ordered on Friday after 9:30am will be sent Monday.
